We do not send out our repair work - all services are performed on site in our fully equipped manufacturing facility.

Precious metals tend to wear and thin out over time, making it necessary to add material to restore the original strength and security of your piece. If a stone has come out of your setting, re-setting the stone before restoring prongs will incur an additional charge. We can also match and replace lost gemstones as needed.

In most cases, flexible link line bracelets can be repaired to like-new. Most diamond and gemstone line or tennis braclets use tube and wire hinge construction, which allows the bracelet to be strong enough for daily wear, yet retain flexibility for comfort and practicality. We are able to repair and replace these small moving parts to match factory originals. When you bring us your item, we will carefully inspect it, then we will let you know what to expect with the repair of your item.
